LY-302 is one kind of E.P. cutting oil, which is suitable for cooling lubrication of metal machining cutting, the machining center single and the central body feed liquid. 

1.    Characteristics

1.1 Non-toxic, no stimulation, good anti-foaming, safe and reliable.

1.2 Good performance of E.P., suitable for heavy cutting.

1.3 little maintance , long service life.

1.4 Dilution is transparent or semitransparent emulsion, pH value: 8.0~9.0

2. Usage method

  2.1 Recommended concentration：

According to processing requirements, adjustment using concentration.

2.2  Preparation method:

 use tapping water to dilute cutting oil by the appropriate concentration, stirring, emulsifying completely, then it can be used.

2.3 Method of Using the new (replacement) solution:

Before the use of new cutting dilution liquid , Clean the liquid storage tank and cutting circular pipeline at first (if the old solution is smelly, added bactericide),  clean them with 1%~2% dilution and discharge the dilution,  Then use the working solution circularly and uniformly.

2.4 Supply new liquid:

 liquid supplement, in water and LY-302 solution should be added to the corresponding number according to the proportion, to maintain a sufficient concentration of working fluid.

 Supply the water and corresponding number LY-Y302 cutting oil , to make the working solution concentration enough.

3. Notes

The working fluid should maintain clean, ventilated, the machine tool should have the efficient system of filtration and removing dregs, then removing impurities promptly such as iron filings, oil slick and so on. If the machine tool does not start for a long time, should carry on the idle circulation and the oxygenation regularly for the working fluid, detect working fluid density and the pH value regularly, and supply or replace it with the new fluid at the right moment.

4. Storages

Seal it and store under the room temperature, store in dry, cool, the well ventilated storehouse, keep from the sun-scorched and rain-drenched in the storage and transportation. We suggest that the storing temperature is not higher than 40℃.
